Family owned auto repair shop seeking a detail oriented customer focused Service writer. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between the customer and the service technicians. You will help determine customer service needs, prepare accurate repair orders, communicate updates to customers and ensure a smooth and positive experience from start to finishKey ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and accurately document vehicle concerns and requested servicesSource and order necessary parts from venders, dealerships and suppliersProvide customers with repair estimates, timelines and status updatesOur operating hours are Monday to Friday. 8am to 4:30 pm. No weekends
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
