Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop service technicians.
- Ensure jobs meet safety, code and quality standards.
- Handle estimates, proposals, and customer follow-up.
- Work closely with office manager with scheduling and assigning technicians to proper jobs.
What we're Looking For
- 10 years plumbing experience
- Prior management and sales experience
- Experience using Service Titan software a plus
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license a plus
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and repair practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
