What are the responsibilities and job description for the PM Line Cook position at moto-i?
moto-i is looking to hire a couple line cooks to complete our summer season BOH team. We’re looking for someone dependable and motivated with a hustle and energy for getting the job done alongside a great team. moto-i's cuisine features scratch based asian inspired small plates and ramen dishes.
Full-time and part-time scheduling is available.
Responsibilities include:
- Produce high quality dishes that meet design and taste standards
- Maintain proper food storage, rotation and quality of food products in all areas of the kitchen
- Closing the kitchen properly and following closing checklist procedures
- Initial station set up, necessary service re-stocking and station clean up
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with all moto-i employees
- Use company technology platforms for recipes, checklists, and scheduling
Requirements Include:
- A minimum of three years line cook experience
- Willingness to learn new ideas, specifications and techniques for food preparation, safety and sanitation
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday schedule availability
- Reliable transportation
