Assembly & Packaging Associate – Off-Road Products

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical/hardware components accurately according to specifications
- Package finished products securely for shipping and inventory
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctual arrival for all scheduled shifts
- Maintain a productive, focused workflow during work hours
- Safely lift and move materials up to 60 lbs as needed
- Stand, walk, and work on your feet throughout a 10-hour shift
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and dependability
- No prior manufacturing experience required (we will train!), though relevant experience earns higher starting pay
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- English proficiency (Preferred)
