Motley-Motley, a family-owned and operated heavy construction company with over 40 years of industry expertise, is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our field operations team. This hands-on role is critical to safely and efficiently moving earth, materials, and equipment to keep our projects on schedule and on budget.

What You’ll Do:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to move earth, rock, and other materials.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on assigned machines.
- Follow plans, grades, and specifications for construction projects.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors, crew members, and other operators.
- Uphold all company and jobsite safety standards at all times.
- Assist with other site duties as needed to keep operations moving forward.
