Position Overview:
This is an entry-level position in the Data Management department on the Data Operations team. The Data Operations Analyst I is key in ensuring the daily ingestion of MotivHealth data is managed properly. Analysts are asked to take the initiative to explore and resolve any new and existing data errors in our Database. Troubleshooting and resolving data consistency errors will be key in this role as well as documenting their findings in a digestible format. When not resolving data errors, they will be managing our EDI relationships and assisting in implementing new and existing 834 processes. They will also need to be flexible to assist in any data-related task critical to the company – including integrations or cleanups.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Function as the technical contact for external vendors and oversee the correction of data integration issues
- Function as principal project manager for 834 file implementations
- Document new integrations and products
- Assist non-technical employees in troubleshooting data related issues
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of T-SQL, SSMS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes
- Capacity to understand ambiguous tasks and build refined processes around them
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in STEM field or equivalent work experience
