Your Return on Investment:

• Competitive base salary: $180,000 – $225,000 DOE Excellent benefits package

What You’ll Drive:

• Own full P&L performance and business unit profitability

• Lead daily operations across engineering, production, and program delivery

• Develop and execute growth strategies and business plans

• Scale operations and improve processes, efficiency, and delivery performance

• Align sales, engineering, and operations to drive execution

• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team

• Implement and track KPIs across safety, quality, delivery, and cost

• Partner with business development on quoting, pipeline, and capacity planning

• Drive accountability, communication, and cross-functional alignment

• Ensure ISO, safety, and regulatory standards are met

What You Bring:

• 8–10 years of leadership experience in automation, robotics, or advanced manufacturing

• Proven track record of owning and managing P&L

• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional operations

• Strong ability to scale teams and improve performance

• Background working in complex, project-based environments

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, etc.)

• MBA or advanced degree preferred

• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
