Role Description

The Field Service Technician is a full-time, on-site position located in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment, including batteries and charging systems. You will perform regular inspections, repairs, diagnose technical problems, preventative maintenance and provide detailed recommendations for future repairs. Collaboration with customers and internal teams to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely will also be an essential part of your day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in technical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of chargers and batteries
• Ability to conduct routine inspections, maintenance tasks, and testing
• Knowledge of electrical systems, electrical schematics, or battery technologies
• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Effective communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in an on-site environment
• Previous field service and technical experience is preferred
• High school diploma, technical certification, or equivalent experience; additional certifications in electronics or mechanics are a plus
