We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Subtractors (Preferably teams of two) to join our dynamic cleaning team. Responsibilities
- Collect and dispose of trash, recyclables, and other waste materials from designated commercial areas
- Operate cleaning tools and equipment safely and effectively to facilitate debris removal
- Inspect assigned areas regularly to identify areas needing attention or additional cleaning
- Follow established safety procedures and proper waste disposal protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and report any maintenance needs or safety hazards
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company standards for quality and safety
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferably 1 yr or longer
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts
- Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude and team spirit
- Knowledge of proper waste disposal procedures and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work collaboratively
