We're expanding and hiring a Commercial Insurance Producer to join our inside sales team in a newly created growth role. This position is ideal for sales-driven professionals who thrive in a high-volume quoting, conversion, and cross-selling environment and are looking to build long-term residual income while growing into an advisory-level commercial producer.
Compensation & Earnings Potential
- Target total compensation: $100K in Year 1
- Hourly rate: $30-34/hr.
- Top performers: $200K–$300K
- Compensation structure includes:
- Base salary
- Growth bonus
- Producer bonus
- Residual commissions
- Flat-fee commission structure (internal rate; not disclosed externally)

What You'll Do
- Quote, sell, and cross-sell commercial insurance lines in a high-volume inside sales model
- Convert inbound and outbound opportunities with a strong close rate (approximately 50%)
- Work an active and established pipeline (approximately $720K rolling pipeline)
- Educate clients and transition relationships toward advisory-level engagements
- Collaborate closely with account management and service teams to ensure smooth handoffs
- Maintain a consultative, ethical approach to commercial risk solutions
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of insurance or inside sales experience
- Commercial lines experience preferred; strong candidates from high-volume carriers or agencies encouraged
