We’re hiring an AT&T Wireless Associate to join our growing team. This is a customer-facing role for someone who is outgoing, motivated, and enjoys helping people while developing professional sales and communication skills.
Spanish is required for this position. You do not need to be perfectly fluent—we’re looking for someone who can comfortably communicate with Spanish-speaking customers.
No previous wireless or telecommunications experience is necessary. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you learn the role and succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with AT&T wireless products and services
- Explain available plans, devices, upgrades, and promotions
- Recommend solutions based on each customer’s needs
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience
- Develop strong product knowledge and communication skills
- Work alongside your team to achieve daily and weekly goals
