Job Duties
- Supervises and directs daily activities of warehouse employees.
- Delegates and assigns tasks to warehouse employees.
- Provides input to manager on coaching and feedback to warehouse employees.
- Supervises warehouse activities to facilitate the most efficient and economical use of space for storing and distributing raw material and finished products.
- Manages order fulfillment, shipping, receiving and warehouse organization.
- Maintains warehouse location system and inventory accuracy.
- Schedules and directs daily customer deliveries.
- Services Customers at Will Call Counter.
- Performs other warehouse functions as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and five (5) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Ability to interact positively with direct reports, coworkers, and customers.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to spend up to 8 hours standing and walking to perform warehouse duties.
- Must be able to lift and carry 30 lbs.
- Must be able to operate hand pallet truck.
