The Treasury Analyst supports Motion Industries' initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency in the use of working capital and continuous evaluation of policies and procedures for process improvements.
Job Duties
- Performs analysis of key processes in payables and receivables, reports on performance metrics, and recommends process changes to improve such metrics.
- Engages with the Motion Supply Chain team to evaluate and recommend improvements to supplier relationships from a Motion Treasury perspective.
- Assists with reviews of new leases for proper accounting classification.
- Supports field needs relating to existing credit card and vending programs.
- Monitors data integrity between multiple ERP platforms and PeopleSoft accounting software.
- Responsible for cash management.
- Responsible for reconciliations of key activity.
- Works with electronic payment / receipt programs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Professional demeanor, with excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Self-motivated with the ability to independently manage multiple responsibilities and projects concurrently with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
