Job Duties
- Sets the strategy and growth plan for a Division and ensures the execution.
- Supervises the throughput and operational performance for many locations over a large
- Recruits and develops managers to oversee and optimize throughput and operations in
- Implements corporate initiatives, policies, and procedures to support the overall direction
- Collaborates to identify and secure new business opportunities and improve operational
- Plans, organizes, allocates resources and directs the day-to-day operations of the
- Covers all aspects of sales support, operations and training.
- Develops plans and budgets for achieving throughput and operating performance goals.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Strong analytical, mathematics and project management skills required.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Ability to influence and motivate.
