Our client is a trusted IT infrastructure and managed services provider serving enterprise customers worldwide. Based out of Knoxville, they are looking to hire a Webex / Nice CXone Support Engineer on a Contract Basis.
Contract Duration: 6 Month Contract (Potential for extension or conversion)
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience supporting Webex (Webex Calling / UC) environments
- Hands-on experience with NICE CXone support and administration
- Experience providing Level 2 support in a telecom or contact center environment
- Strong understanding of call routing, auto attendants, and telephony configurations
- Experience with system configuration and policy management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Daily Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support for NICE CXone, including troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and supporting end users and business teams
- Configure and manage Webex Calling features, including auto attendants, call routing, and user provisioning
- Perform system configuration and policy management across Webex and NICE CXone platforms
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues impacting voice and contact center services
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support incident resolution and system enhancements
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures
- Support ongoing improvements and optimization of collaboration and contact center environments
