Our client, a leader in electrical equipment manufacturing, is looking to hire a Warehouse Supervisor. This is a fully onsite role in Fairfield, OH, operating on 1st shift (7am-4:30pm; Mon - Thurs).

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, putaway, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping to ensure inventory accuracy in order to meet business and customer requirements
- Oversee and develop a team of 10-20, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback
- Partner with cross-functional teams in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Transportation, and Customer Service, to drive process improvements and enhance warehouse efficiency
- Promote and reinforce a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with company standards and manufacturing best practices
- Analyze operational metrics and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency, service levels, and cost performance
- 3 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Distribution, or Logistics, with recent leadership experience
- Experience using SAP S/4HANA, and/or similar warehouse management systems & ERPs
- Prior experience supporting audits, compliance programs, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- Experience in Lean, Six Sigma/6S manufacturing environments - associated certifications highly valued!
