Location: Anaheim, CA (Primarily On-Site)

This is an on-site contract opportunity in Anaheim, CA for a UKG (Kronos) Systems Programmer supporting workforce management systems across a complex, multi-site environment. The organization relies heavily on UKG/Kronos for timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll integration, and is seeking someone who can configure and optimize the system—especially in environments with union contracts, California labor laws, and intricate pay rules.

Required Skills & Experience
· 3 years of hands-on experience with UKG (Kronos) systems configuration and programming
· Strong experience with Workforce Central, UKG Pro WFM, or UKG Dimensions
· Experience configuring pay rules, accruals, scheduling, and labor tracking
· Strong understanding of timekeeping, payroll processes, and labor compliance
· Experience with SQL, data interfaces, and system integrations
· Proven troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
· Experience working with union contracts and California labor laws
· Ability to handle complex system configurations and reduce manual workarounds
Desired Skills & Experience
· Experience with UKG Dimensions (Workforce Dimensions)
· Knowledge of API integrations and middleware tools
· Familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems (Workday, ADP, SAP)
· UKG/Kronos certifications
· Experience supporting large, multi-site or union-based environments
