Our client is seeking a Systems Administrator to join their IT team. This role owns the health of end-user computer hardware, software, and applications, acting as the final point of contact for technical support while managing endpoint deployment and automation across a Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environment. *This role is 5 days onsite in Westerville, OH*

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a systems administration or IT support role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware components, software applications, and network infrastructure
- Experience with Windows operating systems (Windows 10 & Windows 11)
- Experience creating, testing, and automating the deployment of end-user software, images, applications, and patches using endpoint management tools
- Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 environment and Intune management
- Experience managing documentation, audits, and reports
- Experience developing and delivering end-user training to reduce support issues and increase productivity
- Experience supporting new user setup, onboarding, and cross-facility technical support
