Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years writing production-level backend code
- Experience with data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, and event-driven systems
- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization
- Proven track record of owning and shipping durable backend systems
- Clear communication and collaboration skills
- Experience building internal platforms or developer tools
- Familiarity with statistical modeling or machine learning workflows
- Experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures
- Comfortable working across the stack when needed (e.g., contributing to UI)
- Product-oriented mindset with attention to edge cases and user experience
