Our client, a leading airline, is hiring a Technical Coach in Fort Worth, TX!
*This is a 6 month W2 contract with benefits! (with a strong chance to convert)*
In this role, you will coach and mentor software engineering teams on modern engineering practices such as TDD, pair programming, Agile, and DevOps while leveraging your hands-on development experience to drive continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor engineering teams on TDD, pair programming, Agile, DevOps, and Extreme Programming (XP) best practices.
- Facilitate technical workshops, coaching sessions, and hands-on learning opportunities to improve team performance and delivery outcomes.
- Assess engineering processes and application architectures, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous improvement across development teams.
Requirements:
- 8 years of software engineering experience
- Strong TDD and pair programming expertise
- Experience coaching and mentoring development teams
