- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
- 7 years of SAP FICO experience
- 3 years of SAP S/4HANA experience
- Product Costing configuration experience
- Material Ledger and Actual Costing expertise
- End-to-end implementation of S/4HANA Margin Analysis
- Manufacturing accounting experience
- Process manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, chemicals, food, or related environments
- Strong understanding of financial close and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- SAP certification
- RISE with SAP experience
- Fiori experience
- Embedded Analytics experience
- Project Systems and WBS integration experience
- Leadership experience supporting ERP transformations
- Pharmaceutical or CDMO/CMO experience

- Partner with Finance and Manufacturing teams to improve business processes
- Support month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Lead testing, training, and deployment activities
- Troubleshoot complex SAP finance and manufacturing issues
- Maintain functional design documentation and process standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and SAP roadmap planning
