Sr. Peoplesoft Project Manager (RPA & CAI)

Senior PeopleSoft Project Manager / Higher Education / Remote (U.S.-based) / Remote (Pacific Time hours) Our client is a large higher education organization undergoing critical enterprise system initiatives. Based in the United States, they are looking to hire a Senior PeopleSoft Project Manager on a contract basis.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity where you will report directly to senior leadership and drive complex, enterprise-wide PeopleSoft initiatives. The standout aspect of this role is the level of ownership—you will manage multiple high-visibility projects and influence strategic outcomes across the organization. The team is seeking a proven Project Manager who can step into complex environments, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery from initiation through completion. This role offers strong exposure to executive stakeholders, meaningful project ownership, and the opportunity to work on large-scale higher education systems. Contract Duration: 12 Months (high potential for extension) Required Skills & Experience

• 7 years of experience as a dedicated Project Manager (no dual-role titles)
• Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level projects end-to-end
• Strong experience with SDLC project delivery
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience reporting to executive leadership and managing stakeholder expectations
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to assess business needs and align technology solutions
• Experience working within higher education environments Desired Skills & Experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience managing PeopleSoft HCM projects (WFA, ePerformance preferred)
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft modules including Benefits, Payroll, Absence Management, and GL
• Experience with large-scale, cross-functional or multi-institutional initiatives What You Will Be Doing
