Based in the United States, they are looking to hire a Senior PeopleSoft Project Manager on a contract basis.

- 7 years of experience as a dedicated Project Manager (no dual-role titles)
- Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level projects end-to-end
- Strong experience with SDLC project delivery
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience reporting to executive leadership and managing stakeholder expectations
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to assess business needs and align technology solutions
- Experience working within higher education environments Desired Skills & Experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience managing PeopleSoft HCM projects (WFA, ePerformance preferred)
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft modules including Benefits, Payroll, Absence Management, and GL
- Experience with large-scale, cross-functional or multi-institutional initiatives What You Will Be Doing
- PeopleSoft HCM (WFA, ePerformance, Benefits, Payroll, Absence Management)
- Project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SDLC)
- Enterprise systems and integrations Daily Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent projects based on complexity and priority
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables
- Drive projects to completion within scope, timeline, and budget
- Lead project meetings, sprint planning sessions, and stakeholder communications
- Report project status, risks, and progress to executive leadership
- Identify risks, escalate issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and vendors
- Oversee system integrations and project governance activities
