ServiceNow Systems Analyst
Location: Memphis, Tennessee (Hybrid)
Our client, a globally recognized leader in biomedical research and healthcare innovation, is seeking a ServiceNow Systems Analyst to join their business systems team. This is a contract opportunity with the potential for extension and/or conversion to full-time employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business units (IT, HR, Security, Facilities, etc.) to:
- Gather and document functional and nonfunctional requirements
- Understand current (“as is”) and future (“to be”) processes
- Translate business needs into ServiceNow ready requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate workshops, backlog grooming, and design sessions
- Coordinate and support UAT with business stakeholders
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow applications - ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, HRSD, CSM
- Ensure design follows: ServiceNow best practices, platform standards and architecture principles
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Strong project management skills (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Experience in tracking project progress and task completion.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and attention to details
- Understand healthcare data and governance framework.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent writing for clear emails and documentation.
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.

- Manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Organize data and documentation methodically.
- Maintain comprehensive records.

Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or data/business analysis, preferably in healthcare.
Salary : $60 - $65
