Our client, a leading provider of financial technology software, is hiring a Service Designer in Atlanta, GA!
*This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays offered!*
In this role, you will design and optimize high-velocity, end-to-end digital enrollment experiences that help partners reach first value quickly while reducing friction across onboarding and activation journeys. You will build modular, data-driven service blueprints that scale across international markets, integrating AI-driven automation and human touchpoints to accelerate partner growth and ecosystem expansion.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end service blueprinting for digital enrollment, mapping the full partner journey from discovery to activation and removing friction to accelerate time-to-first-value using AI and human-in-the-loop design.
• Design scalable, modular onboarding architectures that adapt across international markets, ensuring localization for regulatory, cultural, and operational differences without rebuilding core service logic.
• Use data, experimentation, and partner insights to continuously optimize enrollment funnels, define success metrics, and drive cross-functional alignment on high-impact improvements.
Requirements:
• 5 years service design experience in onboarding/activation.
• AI-enabled, human-in-the-loop workflow design.
• Multi-market / international experience using data and research.
