- Work with stakeholders to define Service Level Objectives (SLO)s, Service Level Indicators (SLI)s, and error budget.
- Build and enhance observability, telemetry, and monitoring tools.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities and reduce toil.
- Lead and complete production readiness activities (NFRs, Permit to Operate).
- Provide application support.
Salary : $68 - $76
