Location: New York, NY – Hudson Yards (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)

Contract: 6 Months (Potential extension or conversion)

Start Date: April 20, 2026

Pay Rate: Up to $60-69/hr

Overview

The Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end design across key product areas, shaping user experiences from concept through delivery. This role partners closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, scalable design solutions and influence product strategy through user-centered design.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design across features and platforms from concept to production.
• Create design artifacts including user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Translate product strategy and user insights into scalable interaction and interface solutions.
• Contribute to and evolve the product design system.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and content teams to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Use research insights and product data to improve usability and product adoption.
• Mentor designers and contribute to a strong design culture.

Required Qualifications

• 7 years of product design experience.
• Experience influencing product strategy and collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research teams.
• Knowledge of AdTech or media workflows (campaign management, planning, forecasting, trafficking, reporting).
• Experience using data and research to inform design decisions.
• Experience working with or contributing to design systems.

Preferred

• Strategic design leadership experience.
• Motion design experience.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and strategic thinking.
• Experience designing cross-platform experiences (web and mobile).
• Bachelor’s degree required.
