Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years of experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar)
- Strong background in business development, partnerships, or client-facing roles
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology environments
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Platform App Builder)
- Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and dashboards in Salesforce
- Experience with integrations or third-party tools within Salesforce
- Background in consulting or advisory roles
