Required Skills & Experience
- 6 years of QA experience, including experience in a Lead or Manager capacity
- Experience working in a startup environment or building QA processes from scratch
- Mobile application testing (iOS and/or Android)
- Experience testing consumer-facing (B2C) products
- Familiarity with QA automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar frameworks
- Build, implement, and continuously improve the company’s end-to-end QA strategy and processes
- Establish testing standards, documentation practices, and quality benchmark
- Lead manual and automated testing efforts across web and mobile applications
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to ensure high-quality release
- Mentor future QA hires as the team scales
