Rate: Target base salary of $155,000 plus a 5% annual bonus target

Join an acute care technology organization as an Oracle Fusion Team Lead supporting its IT Business Applications team in Chelmsford, MA. This full-time opportunity focuses on Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM), including the design and development of extensions, integrations, and reports.

Help shape how critical business applications connect and perform. You’ll partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex requirements into practical solutions, guide development across Oracle modules, and support the systems that keep business operations moving.

Required Skills & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

· 12–15 years of Oracle ERP experience, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations supporting SCM.

· Strong experience with Fusion Cloud implementations and production support.

· Understanding of cross-functional relationships and dependencies across Oracle modules.

· Experience with CEMLI: Configurations, Extensions, Modifications, Localizations, and Integrations.

· Proficiency with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APEX, VBCS, OTBI, BI Publisher, Groovy scripting, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, OAF, and Workflow.

· Extensive Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming experience.

· Experience developing Fusion Cloud solutions using Application Composer, Page Composer, APEX, Visual Builder, and PaaS tools.

· In-depth knowledge of Oracle APIs and REST/SOAP web services.

· Experience building inbound and outbound integrations using OIC middleware and multiple OIC adapters.

· Comprehensive understanding of Fusion Cloud SCM data models.

· Experience with data conversion using Oracle APIs, FBDI, and ADFdi.

· Ability to work onsite full-time in Chelmsford, MA.

· Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Desired Skills & Experience

· Oracle Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Service module experience.

Daily Responsibilities

· Analyze business requirements and recommend solutions based on scope, complexity, and cross-module dependencies.

· Partner with Business Systems Analysts and business users to design and develop solutions.

· Design and develop extensions using Oracle Fusion Cloud development tools.

· Build integrations connecting Oracle with on-premises and cloud applications.

· Develop reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.

· Provide day-to-day production support, including month-end and quarter-end close support.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and Oracle Support to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

· Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle.
