Location: Novato, CA (100% Onsite)

Duration: Contract-to-Hire

Rate: $50 – 70 per hour (Target conversion salary: $100,000 – $150,000 depending on experience)

Contract Duration: 3 Months to hire (Contract-to-Hire)

Required Skills & Experience

· 2 years of experience working in a technical field

· Strong troubleshooting skills across computer hardware and software

· Ability to work independently in small, self-reliant teams

· Experience operating in high-pressure, failure-intolerant environments

· Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work directly with high-profile talent

· Ability to lift 50 lbs of equipment

· Willingness to travel regularly (approximately 1 week per month)

Desired Skills & Experience

· Experience with motion capture systems (e.g., Vicon, OptiTrack)

· Familiarity with camera rigs and mobile capture systems

· Exposure to LiDAR scanning workflows

· Understanding of photogrammetry processes (e.g., RealityCapture, Metashape)

· Experience working on production sets or live capture environments
