Requirements
- 6 years of experience in content creation and brand management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or people management role.
- Written and spoken fluency in both English and Spanish, with deep cultural competency regarding Latin American immigrant communities in the US.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing brand health measurement systems with measurable results.
- Deep experience producing high-quality video, still, and text content, with a strong proficiency in leveraging AI tools for modern content production.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full-time talent as well as external agencies, creators, and third-party vendors.
- Ability to work US East Coast hours.
- Define, structure, and own the overarching brand narrative and emotionally resonant storytelling across the organization.
- Drive the operational delivery of creative content across multiple channels, including social media, email, web, paid media, and out-of-home (OOH) campaigns.
- Establish and own a brand evaluation and measurement system to guide investment decisions and align with product and user acquisition goals.
- Identify and efficiently leverage a diverse set of resources, including AI tools and external agencies, to optimize the output of the in-house creative team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and operations teams to maintain strict brand consistency throughout the customer journey.
