Contract Duration: 9 Months with strong likelihood of extension
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Creating GenAI product playbooks and SOPs
- Confluence
- Process and control documentation
- Training and enablement materials
- Operational readiness checklists
- Technology enablement and governance frameworks
- Documentation standards and controls
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Comfort operating in regulated environments
What You Will Be Doing
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Strategy and Planning.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Strategy and Planning challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
- Build and maintain Confluence pages and GenAI product documentation.
- Develop playbooks, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Support governance, controls, and compliance documentation.
- Create training materials and onboarding content for GenAI capabilities.
- Standardize product management artifacts across initiatives.
- Partner with Product, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure readiness.
Salary : $65 - $70
