Required Skills & Experience
- 1 year of experience in IT support (internship or help desk experience acceptable)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (password resets, mailbox management, Teams, SharePoint)
- Familiarity with hardware setup, imaging, and repair (laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals)
- Experience working with a ticketing system (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, etc.)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory (user creation, group management)
- Exposure to networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- A or other entry-level certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.)
- Experience supporting remote or hybrid employees
