Pay Rate: $30-32/hr
Engagement Type: Temporary (Long-Term, 6–12 months)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electronics Technician III to support RF hardware development and testing. This role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting, circuit rework, and testing of two-way radios and repeaters in a lab environment. The ideal candidate has strong experience at the circuit level and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, technical setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot two-way radios and repeaters
- Perform circuit-level rework, including:
- 0201 size components
- Standard SOICs
- Fine-pitch BGAs
- Create and modify cable assemblies
- Test radios and repeaters for product certification
- Track and document prototype radios and repeaters
- Read and interpret schematics and PCB layouts
- Maintain organization while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Required Qualifications
- Technical Associate’s Degree
- 4 years of experience troubleshooting radio circuits
- Strong understanding of radio operations and RF systems
- Hands-on experience with circuit-level testing
- Ability to read schematics and layouts
- Proficient with test equipment, including:
- Multimeters
- Oscilloscopes
- Skilled in soldering and rework of 0201 parts, SOICs, and BGAs
- Experience with small-gauge wire rework (32 AWG or smaller)
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of:
- Cadence Allegro Design Entry HDL
- PCB Layout Editor
- Familiarity with:
- LabVIEW
- Python
Work Environment
- Office cubicle and lab bench setting
- Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs
