Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5 years of experience in ECM development and administration
- Proficiency in one or more ECM platforms including OpenText, SharePoint, IBM FileNet, or Hyland OnBase
- Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs and scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python
- Experience with document capture, indexing, and workflow automation
- Familiarity with database systems including SQL Server and Oracle and proficiency in query languages
- Understanding of records management, compliance, and information governance
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
