Our client, a leading oil & gas provider, is hiring a Document Control Specialist in Dallas, TX! This role will be onsite 4x a week
*This is a 12 month W2 contract with benefits! (with the potential to extend)*
In this role, you will develop and maintain document control processes for capital projects, ensuring project documentation is accurate, organized, secure, and easily accessible throughout the project lifecycle. You will also collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to streamline document workflows, maintain compliance, and improve digital document management using tools like SharePoint and Bluebeam.
Responsibilities:
- Manage document control processes, including document repositories, version control, and records management for capital projects.
- Coordinate project documentation between internal teams, contractors, and vendors while tracking deliverables and approvals.
- Improve document management systems by utilizing SharePoint, Bluebeam, and other digital tools to enhance workflow efficiency and compliance.
Requirements:
- 5 years of document control experience
- Experience with SharePoint, Bluebeam, and EDMS tools
- Strong organization and attention to detail
