We are seeking a highly strategic, execution-focused Project Manager to lead enterprise-level transformation initiatives within our healthcare client’s organization. This is a high-visibility role that partners closely with leaders across Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Executive teams.
This individual will act as a force multiplier, owning initiatives that materially shape product strategy, operating cadence, and long-term growth. We are looking for a driven, business-minded operator who is focused on outcomes, not just process. This is not a traditional PMO role; it requires someone who can take ownership, push through obstacles, and deliver results.
What You’ll Bring
- A “take the hill” mentality: proactive, decisive, and execution-driven
- Strong business acumen with a focus on outcomes over process
- Ability to lead without authority and build trust across the organization
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clarity
- Not required to have a deep technical background: many initiatives are business-focused
- Familiarity with PMP principles and SDLC (certification not required)
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Execution
- Own end-to-end program design, planning, governance, and execution for high-impact initiatives
- Define success metrics and track progress against strategic objectives, KPIs, and milestones
- Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies; proactively remove barriers to execution
- Develop scalable templates, playbooks, and operating procedures to drive consistency and excellence
- Lead executive-level meetings, steering committees, and decision-making forums
- Deliver clear, concise executive updates, dashboards, and board-level materials
- Provide data-driven insights, tradeoffs, and recommendations to support decision-making
Cross-Functional Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Finance, and Customer teams.
- Build trusted relationships and influence without authority to drive alignment and accountability
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments with diplomacy and clarity
Organizational Change & Adoption
- Lead communication, training, and change management plans to ensure wide organizational adoption of new processes
- Act as an internal champion for modern product practices, raising the bar on how teams evaluate and deliver product value
- Identify resistance points and partner with leaders to drive cultural and operational change
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in SaaS program management, product strategy, product operations, business operations, or management consulting
- Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of SaaS product development, operating models, and organizational dynamics
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, BI platforms, Aha!, Jira, or Salesforce
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and align teams without direct authority
Core Competencies
- Strategic Thinking & Execution: Translates high-level goals into practical, repeatable execution frameworks
- Program Leadership: Manages complex, multi-workstream initiatives from planning through delivery
- Executive Communication: Delivers clear, concise messaging tailored to senior audiences
- Cross-Functional Influence: Builds alignment across Product, Engineering, and Finance
- Change Leadership: Drives adoption of new processes and operating models with confidence
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Product Strategy, or portfolio governance
- Background in high-growth, multi-product, or private equity-backed SaaS environments
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence without authority
- High ownership mindset with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
- Fast learner with intellectual curiosity and a passion for improving product practices
- Certifications in PMP, Agile, Lean, or related disciplines are a plus
