Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years leading managed services teams
- Microsoft Azure and Office 365 expertise
- Experience with other Microsoft solutions such as SharePoint, CoPilot, and Viva Learning
- Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks and financial management
- Proven ability to grow services and manage budgets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure Administrator, Solutions Architect etc.)
- Experience with SOC2, HIPAA compliance, and vendor management
- Sales support experience and servant leadership approach
- Drive strategy and oversee service delivery for managed services
- Build client relationships and manage escalations
- Lead and develop technical teams
- Manage budgets and improve service quality
- Collaborate with sales and ensure compliance with security standards
- Maintain vendor relationships and track performance metrics
- 120K-145K base with bonus
