What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Administrator position at Motion Recruitment?
• Revise, edit, and prepare redlines of commercial contracts, including master services agreements, product purchase agreements, quotes, GPO agreements, and other commercial supply agreements.
• Ensure completion and follow through of all contract requirements including prompt communication and follow-through to internal and external customers
• Assist in maintaining Company’s internal tracking system of all pending contracts and matters. Maintains and updates SFDC and/or equivalent tools related to sales processes.
• Effectively manage the contract management system and ensure on-time processing of all contracts from initial request through execution.
• Analyze the legal and business obligations set forth within contracts and elevate any issues to internal stake holders as appropriate.
• Draft template contracts, correspondence, memoranda, and other documentation as needed.
Must have:
*Demonstrated analytical skills, problem solving skills, written communication skills, Strong verbal communication and listening skills, Excellent organizational skills, Ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities, Excellent collaboration skills, Maintains composure under pressure.
*Oracle and Salesforce knowledge preferred (we need at least one)
*Excellent Microsoft skills (Word, Excel) required.
*Some prior experience with contract management
*Draft, review skills related to administration
