Required Skills & Experience
- 3 -5 years of experience.
- Mac and Windows 11 configuration experience.
- Provide mostly in-person/deskside support with limited remote support.
- Image and configure Windows and Mac devices for new hires.
- Install necessary applications based on department-specific applications and use SCCM and JAMF to image computers.
- Troubleshoot: VPN connectivity, Office applications, Windows and Mac certificates, and provide meeting support when requested.
