The focus on automation, monitoring, and operational excellence means you'll build systems that improve reliability and performance at scale. With participation in on-call rotations and incident response, you'll gain critical operational experience and contribute to continuous improvement through post-incident learnings. The role emphasizes both technical growth and knowledge sharing, creating an environment where curiosity and learning are valued.
