Role Summary
This is a B2B sales and partnership-building role where the candidate will be responsible for generating business by building affiliate partnerships. The primary focus is to bring in qualified leads for mortgage products, especially reverse mortgages.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential business partners (financial firms, senior-focused companies, digital channels)
- Conduct daily outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Pitch partnership opportunities and onboard new partners
- Manage and track pipeline using Salesforce
- Monitor performance metrics and report weekly progress
- Ensure all activities meet compliance and regulatory standards
Experience
- 2 years of experience in mortgage, financial services, or B2B partnerships/sales (mandatory)
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and handling rejection
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
