- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in IT support, systems, or network administration.
- Proven experience managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software systems.
- Hands-on expertise with Windows Server, VMware, Azure, Cisco, Access Points, and firewalls.
- Demonstrated ability to provide hands-on technical support and lead IT operations.
- Skilled in project implementation, IT security, and enforcing best practices and compliance standards.
- Experience mentoring or supervising other IT professionals and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, QA, and network teams.
- 5–10 years into your IT career, with interest in moving into management within the next 2–3 years
- Ability to learn about diverse environments quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Excellent soft skills to manage and train staff effectively
- Previous experience supporting or managing hybrid on-prem and cloud infrastructure
