- Experience in system analysis, application administration, or application support
- Knowledge of enterprise scheduling, workforce, or operations management software
- Troubleshooting application issues and providing 2nd-level support
- User access provisioning and environment configuration experience
- Ability to perform ad-hoc queries and generate reports
- Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills
- Exposure to database management or batch process scheduling
- Knowledge of server or network infrastructure
- Experience creating runbooks, system guides, or technical documentation
- Participation in on-call support rotations
