- 2 years hands-on automation expertise, especially using Ansible (playbooks, roles, modules)
- Ability to automate at scale for infrastructure platforms
- Strong scripting skills (Python preferred; automation with Python for 2 years)
- Experience building automation frameworks, pipelines, and reusable components
- Understanding CI/CD integration and release lifecycle
- 2 years networking experience (server and networking fundamentals)
- 1 year automation testing experience
- Experience with load balancing technologies: F5, Citrix ADC, Avi, or similar
- Understanding LTM, GTM, VIP creation, SSL certificate management, and LB workflow automation
- Ability to partner with LB engineers to automate and enhance workflows
- Jenkins (1 year)
- Familiarity with Agile Project Management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience with internal automation frameworks (Robot a plus)
- Leading efforts to mature and scale automation within a well-established load balancing team (team of 6 engineers)
- Developing, testing, and releasing Ansible-based automation for infrastructure platforms (approximately 70% of role)
- Supporting the team by automating load balancing workflows (approximately 30% of role)
- Partnering with load balancing engineers on platform engineering, feature design, and co-certification projects
- Contributing to a supportive, collaborative, and partner-friendly culture with low oversight and high autonomy
- Educating and collaborating with team members early in their automation journey
Salary : $54 - $60
