Required Skills & Experience
- 10 years of software engineering experience
- Strong experience with Java (or Kotlin), JavaScript, and React.js
- Proven hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Enterprise, Jenkins)
- Background in designing and architecting distributed, cloud-native systems
- Familiarity with both RDBMS and NoSQL (PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Couchbase)
- Excellent communication and mentorship skills
- Prior experience leading architecture or modernization initiatives
- Strong understanding of data engineering or AI/analytics integration
- Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Experience in large-scale, global enterprise environments
