Required Skills & Experience
7 years of experience in wireless software development, engineering, or technology management
Strong knowledge of 4G LTE and 5G NR layers, including PHY, MAC, and RRC
Experience with RAN technologies such as vRAN, MIMO, GPS/PTP timing and synchronization, and radio/BBU/DU/CU configuration
Hands-on experience testing RF hardware and using spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters, and network analyzers
Experience developing test plans, validating performance requirements, and troubleshooting wireless systems
BSEE, master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
Desired Skills & Experience
Operational experience with 4G LTE and 5G wireless networks
Experience working with eNB and gNB equipment
Knowledge of routing, switching, network security, virtualization, or cloud platforms
Experience coordinating with wireless equipment, software, or technology vendors
Experience leading matrixed engineering teams or complex technical projects
MBA or additional business and technology management experience
