Qualifications Required Experience
- 15 or more years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership
- At least 5 years managing engineering leaders and large technical organizations
- Experience supporting the growth and scalability of enterprise software platforms
- Deep understanding of distributed applications, service-oriented architecture, and modern software design principles
- Hands-on exposure to cloud-native environments and platform operations
- Demonstrated success directing large initiatives that involve multiple business and technology stakeholders
- Proven ability to mentor engineering managers, directors, and senior technical leaders
- Experience improving software quality, delivery performance, and operational effectiveness
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing teams located across multiple regions and time zones
- Experience within financial services, fintech, banking, insurance, or other regulated industries
- Exposure to customer engagement, marketing automation, or customer lifecycle management platforms
- Experience working with CRM ecosystems
- Familiarity with messaging, email, SMS, and customer communications technologies
- Success leading application modernization efforts
- Experience transforming monolithic applications into scalable service-based platforms
- Involvement in AI adoption, developer productivity, or intelligent automation programs
- Background supporting multi-tenant SaaS applications
- Provide strategic leadership for multiple engineering organizations and people leaders
