Required Skills & Experience
- 4 years of Business Analyst, business services, operations, project coordination, or related consulting experience
- Strong communication, program management, operations, vendor management, and process improvement skills with the ability to wear multiple hats
- Advanced to expert Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, macros, and strong reporting capabilities
- Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to create and distribute executive-level communications; SharePoint Online is a plus
- Consultative background and/or a consultative approach to project management
- Self-starter with strong judgment, follow-through, and the ability to work effectively across stakeholders
- Must be based in Charlotte, NC and comfortable working in a hybrid environment
What You Will Be Doing
- This position will support workforce management within an enterprise-level organization.
- Support moderately complex initiatives, deliverables, and planning activities across the business
- Review business challenges, analyze variable factors, and help drive solutions in partnership with key stakeholders
- Support workforce management, operations, and project coordination activities in a fast-paced environment
- Create reports, presentations, and executive-level communications using Excel and PowerPoint
- Collaborate with client personnel and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, support deliverables, and work within business policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Salary : $54 - $60
