Required Skills & Experience
Experience in technical support, field service, or a similar hands-on role
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software environments
Experience with IoT devices, mobile technologies, or connected systems
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
Familiarity with electrical systems (120v, 220v, 240v, 480v, relays, contactors)
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills & Experience
Background in electronics or electrical engineering/technology
Experience soldering or working with physical hardware components
Exposure to cellular or satellite-based systems
Prior experience in agriculture, industrial, or field-based environments
